Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our family. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where most people follow me. I write about my life in general, positive and negative. At the age of 1 1/2 years old My family and I came from the United States to America. If it wasn't for the hard work of my parents, I may not even be here today sharing the journey with people like you. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot to have a brighter future, I strived to be their proudest and had tunnel vision in the direction of achievement. It was my plan to attend school in order to finish my studies and secure a good job. Then I wanted a wife and kids. Although I was convinced that this was the ideal definition of success, life had different strategies. When I was in 2013, I started anxious about going to work. job. The money and the status didn't bring me happinessIt was that I was throwing my time and energy to earn a living even though I knew I was meant for more. I possessed a love of fitness and being social and helping others while I walked my new career path. I discovered my passion for personal training. In 2014 I started my business on the side and in this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th birthday. Very few Asian women are employed in the world of fashion. As a coach, my goal is to inspire people to live a healthy and fulfilled life through creating viable lifestyles that are suited to every person's individual needs and desires. Additionally, I want to encourage people to pursue their dreams and do anything and everything they want to achieve in their lives. When my work was taking off, I was struck by the most devastating loss in my lifein the death of my Mom. To be in Heaven she rests now after an 8-year battle against the disease known as Scleroderma. But I still carry my Mom with me and dream of her daily. It's incredible how life gives us exactly the instruction we require, even when we don't realize it. In so many ways, my mother's passing affected me in many ways. I honestly believe that she offered me another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her new life, and also give me a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first that I truly feel like that I'm alive. As I tell my story, I hope that my words will resonate with you. It is my wish to help you realize that you're never truly alone. You have the potential to accomplish everything you desire. My prayer is that you live your every moment to the fullest and have a final resting place is not a regret, because that's all that we have to be confident about in this life.
